SPARTANBURG COUNTY (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies said a car was stolen from the parking lot of a Spartanburg County fire department.

The sheriff's office said a Chevy pick up truck was stolen from the parking lot of the Poplar Springs fire department.

According to deputies, two suspects in a light-colored, older Ford pickup truck pulled into the parking lot around 8:00 p.m.

Deputies said one of the suspects began checking vehicles, entered an unsecured vehicle, and used keys left in the cup holder to drive away from the scene.

The other suspect fled the scene in the truck they arrived in, deputies said.

The suspects have not yet been identified.
