UNION, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Union police said a man accused of trying to offer young girls money to follow him and then exposing himself to the children has been arrested.

Union police said the incident happened on March 5 and involved two victims, age 11 and 13.

Police said the man approached the two girls at the intersection of Lipsey and Porter streets. He reportedly offered the children money to follow him. When the girls said no, they said he walked across the street between two apartment buildings and began rubbing himself, then pulled down his pants and exposed himself.

Police said Kennedy Jamal Garrett was arrested on March 10 in connection with the case. He was charged with two counts of indecent exposure of private parts.
