Troopers: One seriously injured after minivan hits tree in Greenville Co.

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The South Carolina Highway Patrol was called to the scene of a crash with serious injuries on Monday.

The collision was reported just after noon on Easley Bridge Road near U.S. 123.

Troopers said a minivan carrying three people ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree. One person was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

A FOX Carolina crew at the scene said a blue van was heavily damaged in the front yard of a home.

The crash remains under investigation.
