FLETCHER, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Deputies said two were arrested at a Henderson County upholstery shop after they located drugs on scene.

The arrests were made on April 25, said officials with Henderson County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said they went to James Upholstery Shop on Hendersonville Road in Fletcher in attempt to locate 37-year-old Joshua Slowik of Hendersonville. They said Slowik had outstanding warrants for failing to appear on a domestic violence protection order.

Upon arrival, deputies said detectives located Slowik and several other people inside a vehicle. Slowik was taken into custody without incident, said deputies.

The sheriff's office said further investigation led to the discovery of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia inside the vehicle and inside the upholstery shop.

Deputies said Fletcher Police Department helped detectives locate about 77 grams of marijuana and arrest the shop owner, James Gragg.

Deputies said Gragg, 48, of Mills River was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was released the same day after posting a $6,000 secured bond.

Slowik was arrested for failure to appear on a domestic violence protection order violation and was also charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia and simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. He was released after posting a $1,500 secured bond.
