Superintendent: Seneca High School principal moving to different position in the district

Posted: Updated:
SENECA, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The principal of Seneca High School is on administrative leave and will be moved to a different administrative position in the Oconee County School District, Superintendent Michael Thorsland said Tuesday.

Thorsland said Cliff Roberts served as the principal of Seneca High School for 10 years.

The school board made the decision Monday night to move Roberts out of his position.

Roberts had been out on administrative leave but Thorsland could not say why, calling it a personnel matter.

Felicia LeRoy has been named the interim principal at Seneca High School.
