The right lane of I-385 South near Exit 22 in Laurens County was blocked after a crash Tuesday afternoon, according to the SCDOT 511 website.
Viewers reported seeing numerous law enforcement vehicles and multiple people in handcuffs near the scene of the crash. Viewers said the scene was unfolding in front of the Yanfeng plant.
According to troopers, a Dodge truck pulling a utility trailer was traveling north in the southbound lanes on I-385 when the crash occurred. No injuries were reported in the crash.
The Fountain Inn Police Department said the case involved Laurens County deputies and happened outside city limits.
