Street closures begin Wednesday ahead of Greenville Greek Festival

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Street closures begin Wednesday in downtown Greenville ahead of the Greenville Greek Festival.

City officials said Elford Street will be closed between Academy and Richardson streets from 7 a.m. Wednesday until 7 a.m. on May 21.

The Greek Festival kicks off on Thursday at St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral.

Inside dining and drive-thru dining is available from 10:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday.

All activities are available on Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
