President Trump says flags to be flown at half-staff until May 22 after shooting at Texas school

SANTA FE, TEXAS (FOX Carolina) -

President Trump has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff through May 22, following a deadly school shooting in Texas on Friday.

According to the Associated Press, 10 people, most of them students, were killed when 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis opened fire at Santa Fe High School in Santa Fe, Texas.

The mass shooting is being called "the nation's deadliest such attack since the massacre in Florida that gave rise to a campaign by teens for gun control."

President Trump has ordered all flags at half-staff immediately, until sunset on May 22, 2018, in honor of all affected by the school shooting.
