Anderson teen passes away after lengthy battle with leukemia, cerebral palsy

ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

An  Anderson teen who had been battling leukemia and cerebral palsy has passed away.

FOX Carolina hosted the special guest, Hayden Gump, back in November of 2015 after he dressed up as a FOX Carolina News anchor for Halloween.

Hayden paid a visit to the FOX Carolina newsroom along with a few of his family members. He was able to sit down on set with FOX Carolina anchors Diana Watson and Cody Alcorn.

Hayden's family has set up a GoFundMe to assist with his funeral expenses.
