MAULDIN, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Officials in Mauldin announced on Wednesday that the city administrator has resigned from his position.

Mauldin City Council thanked Trey Eubanks for 11 years of service to the city and its development.

Eubanks issued the following statement:

“My tenure with the City of Mauldin is over. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served a great community for over a decade. The City is very strong financially and service levels are at a high point across the board. I feel today about Mauldin the way I felt almost eleven years ago when I started my job; this is a city with a tremendous future and many opportunities. With the great team in place Mauldin will continue to experience well planned growth and prosperity.”
