Deputies: Upstate man killed in club shooting identified; 1 other shot, injured

SPARTANBURG, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The Spartanburg County Coroner along with the Sheriff's Office is working a joint investigation into a deadly club shooting early Sunday morning.

Per the coroner, a male individual died as a result of a shooting at Club No Limits on Hayne Street.

Deputies say they were dispatched to the scene at approximately 2:50 a.m.

When they arrived on scene, deputies say they located a male under a vehicle who had been shot and did not have a pulse. First responders worked to revive the man, but he was pronounced dead on scene.

The coroner identified the victim as Tyrone Lamont Brown, 36 of Spartanburg. A forensic examination has been scheduled.

Deputies say another male who had also been shot at the incident location showed up at the emergency room where he is currently being treated for his injuries.

The investigation is in its early stages.
