Henderson Co. detectives confirm victim severely burned in 2017 domestic situation passed away

EDNEYVILLE, NC (FOX Carolina) -

Investigators confirm, a victim who was severely burned during a domestic situation in Henderson County last year has passed away.

Detectives say 44-year-old Teresa Ann Stallings was pronounced dead early Thursday morning.

Henderson County deputies say Stallings was flown by helicopter to the hospital after she was doused with gasoline and severely burned during a domestic situation in December of 2017.

Officials said the suspect, identified as Anthony Harrison Moore, was arrested without incident. No word on any updated charges.

The incident is still under investigation. An autopsy is pending.
