ANDERSON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

An Anderson man was arrested for  public disorderly conduct over the weekend, and the entire incident was caught on surveillance video.

Per the incident report, an employee at AndersonCell said a man wearing all red basketball clothing was repeatedly throwing a chair against the store window and set the store's alarm off on Saturday.

Nothing in the store was damaged, they said.

Deputies attempted to locate the subject and found him walking against the middle of traffic of the highway.

The man complied with the deputies orders to step next to the patrol car and the deputy said he could smell the odor of alcohol coming from his person. When the deputy asked the man if he had been drinking he advised him that he had and that he had also thrown a chair at the cell phone store.

Deputies said William Terry Martin, 54, was then placed under arrest for public disorderly conduct.

The AndersonCell surveillance cameras captured the incident. WATCH HERE.
