WATCH: Trailer released for 'Halloween' sequel filmed in SC

CHARLESTON, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The trailer for the upcoming “Halloween” sequel that was filmed in South Carolina was released Friday.

Jamie Lee Curtis and Nick Castle, who originally donned the jump suit and iconic mask, return as Laurie Strode and Michael Myers.

John Carpenter, the director of the 1978 original, returns to executive produce the sequel and will once again score the film. David Gordon Green is directing.

The film was shot in and around Charleston, SC under the working title “Uncle Orange.” Reshoots were still underway in the area in early June.
