GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

The City of Greenville said one of the Mice on Main has been stolen from downtown.

The mouse, named Aunt Mifflin, was located near T.D. Bank.

Aunt Mifflin is one of nine mice sculptures hidden along Main Street. Visitors to downtown Greenville use clues to find the mice.

The city said they have requested a replacement mouse from the artist. In the meantime, the city is creating a sidewalk detail to go in her spot so the scavenger hunts can continue.

As of Friday, the stolen mouse of Mice on Main, Aunt Mifflin, has been returned to the City of Greenville.

The City of Greenville hopes to return the mouse to its post as soon as possible.
