A trailer containing thousands of dollars worth of items was reported stolen from Trinity United Methodist Church.

A church employee reported the theft to police on Aug. 4, according to an incident report.

The employee told an officer that the trailer was stolen from the church between July 30 and the night of Aug. 4.

The trailer is described as a single-axle, white enclosed trailer, 10 by five feet, with wheel fenders on the outside.

The trailer is worth $1,800 and contents inside the trailer, including lights, tables, decorations, decorative items, and tarps were reportedly valued in the thousands of dollars, according to the report.

The trailer and items were still missing as of Monday.
