Buncombe County 911 is operating as normal after experiencing technical issues with residents who have Charter landlines.

The issue was first discovered on Saturday.

Officials said Charter customers are able to hear dispatchers, but dispatchers are not able to hear the caller. Dispatchers have to hang up and call back to hear the caller.

The issue was resolved Saturday around 9:00 p.m.
