Anderson, SC (FOX Carolina) - Deputies in Anderson County say they have arrested a suspect and charged him with murder following a shooting in Anderson earlier this month.

Deputies say the shooting happened on September 3 just after midnight, along R Street near Palmetto Street in Anderson.

Deputies say the now identified suspect, Lytavius Niree Richardson, fired multiple rounds into a home striking four people inside.

One of the victims died as a result of the shooting, deputies say. We're told the other three suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Later that day, the coroner identified the deceased as Nathan Gray, 26, of Anderson.

Gray died at the scene and his death was ruled a homicide.

The coroner added that two of the other victims were treated at the hospital and the third refused medical treatment.

Richardson was arrested and charged with murder, three counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

On September 24, Richardson faced a bond court judge and was denied bond.
