The sheriff's office said while on scene, deputies received a call about a traffic accident on US-276 involving the suspect vehicle.

According to deputies, the three suspects fled the vehicle. Two of the three suspects were taken into custody, deputies said.

Deputies said Brittany Lynn Moore, 31, and John Williamson were arrested in connection with the incident. According to deputies, Williamson was wanted for a previous incident on Dec. 23.

Deputies said Williamson was charged with two counts of felony discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling, felony conspiracy and felony possession of meth.

According to the sheriff's office, Williamson was also charged with felony possession of a firearm by a felon and felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury in relation to the Dec. 23 incident.

Moore was charged with felony conspiracy, deputies stated.

Williamson and Moore are being held in the Haywood County Detention Center on bond.

Deputies said they are still searching for 23-year-old Nathaniel Shane Davis in connection with the incident. Anyone with information regarding Davis' whereabouts is asked to call 911.
