The family of a Spartanburg County man killed in a fire Monday night is looking for help laying him to rest.

Quentin Jamall Stokes died after a fire broke out in a home on Sulfur Springs Road in Chesnee Monday night.

His mother, Talegila Stokes, has started a GoFundMe and said it will help pay for funeral expenses and getting his body home to Farifield, Alabama.

Stokes said her eldest child would have turned 31 on August 30, two days after his death.

As of now the GoFundMe has raised $2,075 of it's $11,000 goal.
