Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor Walt Wilkins announced that a Pickens man pleaded guilty on Wednesday and was sentenced to 22 years in jail on multiple charges.

Wilkins said 67-year-old Tony Calhoun Fulmer pleaded guilty to criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree and sexual exploitation of a minor second degree. He is required to serve at least 85% of his 22-year sentence before becoming eligible for parole.

Fulmer was sentenced to 15 years for criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree and 7 years for sexual exploitation of a minor second degree.

Evidence presented in court established that Fulmer sexually assaulted a 15-year-old victim on multiple occasions at his Pickens County home between April 2016 and January 2017.

Officials with Pickens County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on Fulmer's home and found he'd taken explicit photos and video of the victim, and saved them to his laptop.

The case was investigated by Pickens County Sheriff's Office.
