The Broadway play, "Waitress" arrives at the Peace Center in Greenville on May 8, and a local radio station is holding a contest to give away a pair of tickets!

"Waitress" was inspired by Adrienne Shelly's film, which tells the story of a waitress and expert pie maker who dreams of a way out of her small town and loveless marriage.

Ahead of the play, Entercom's Magic 98.9 radio station is holding it's own baking contest with a twist. The radio station is asking listeners to submit their favorite pie recipe for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the show.

The station said one grand prize winner will have their pie recipe featured in the official Waitress cookbook, "Sugar Butter Flour", which will be sold each night while the show is in Greenville. Plus, the grand prize winner will have an opportunity to hang out with the cast after the show to share a pie and snap a few pictures.
