A Laurens County woman has a new car in her driveway after the South Carolina Education Lottery said she won $250,000 playing a scratch-off game.
She bought the winning $10 Gold Rush ticket at the Speedee Mart on W. Main St. in Clinton.
“It was like I was having a little heart attack,” she said of the moment she saw she had won, per a news release from lotto officials.
Two top prizes of $250,000 remain in the Gold Rush game, at odds of 1 in 660,000.Copyright 2018 FOX Carolina (Meredith Corporation). All rights reserved.
