WWE legends need your help to put a Headlock on Hunger in Asheville

Pro wrestling legends will be putting a Headlock on Hunger in Asheville on Wednesday.

The annual Headlock on Hunger food drive will be held at the Ingles on Tunnel Road from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Volunteers and WWE Hall of Famers will be collecting non-perishable foods for Eblen Charities.

The foods they are asking for include cereal, peanut butter, crackers, canned fruit, shelf-stable dinners, canned meat, ramen noodles, instant oatmeal, granola bars, boxed macaroni and cheese, and toaster pastries.

According to the Headlock on Hunger Facebook page, WWE Hall of Famer and former leader of the Four Horsemen J.J. Dillon will be greeting fans from 10 a.m. to noon. WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix will be there from 1 to 3 p.m.

Edge will not be able to attend due to his filming schedule, and Jim Ross will have to miss the event due to an injury.
