Construction company to expand headquarters in Greenwood Co.

GREENWOOD COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Chandler Construction Services Inc. announced Wednesday that it is expanding operations at its corporate headquarters in Ninety Six.

The expansion includes the construction of a new maintenance shop, renovations to the existing facility and the addition of new office space.

Officials said the utility construction company’s $10.1 million investment will create 31 new jobs.

Construction is expected to begin as early as November.
